These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order, you agree to them. Our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy form part of these terms.
We sell printed enamel mugs, ceramic mugs and children's polymer cups, most of them personalised to order. Product photos show example names and may show several mugs to illustrate the available options. Unless a listing clearly says otherwise, each order is for one mug. Colours can look slightly different on screen, and small surface marks and slight irregularities are normal for enamel drinkware.
You are responsible for the text you enter. We print it exactly as entered, including spelling, capital letters and spacing, and we do not correct it. Please do not ask us to print text that infringes someone else's rights (such as trademarks or protected characters) or that is offensive or unlawful; we may refuse or cancel such an order and refund you in full.
Prices are shown in euros. The price shown at checkout, together with the delivery charge shown there, is the total you pay for your order. Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods offered at checkout.
If a price on the site is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
After you place an order, you receive an order confirmation email. The contract between you and us is formed when that confirmation is sent. If we cannot fulfil your order, for example because a product is no longer available, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Discount codes apply only under their stated conditions. WELCOME15 gives 15% off a first order for email subscribers, can be used once per customer, has no minimum spend and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Dispatch times, delivery charges and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when you, or someone you name, receives them.
Personalised items are made to your specification and are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. For non-personalised items, EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. All items are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Full details are in our Refund policy.
The designs, illustrations, photos and text on this website belong to Belcor Designs or are used with permission. You may not copy or reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Our products are drinkware. Please follow the care instructions on each product page and on our Personalisation & Mug Care page, and supervise children when they use hot drinks. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
If you have a complaint, please email us first and we will try to resolve it quickly. Consumers can also contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Consumentenombudsdienst / Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur), consumentenombudsdienst.be.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country.
We may update these terms. The version published on this website when you place your order applies to that order.
