Production and dispatch
Every order is printed to order and sent from Puurs, Belgium. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. During holidays and busy periods this can take longer; if so, we will say so on the site. If you need a gift by a particular date, please contact us before ordering.
Where we ship
We ship to the countries listed below: Europe, the United States and Canada. We do not ship to other countries.
Delivery charges
Delivery is a fixed charge per order, however many items you buy. There is no extra charge for additional items.

Delivery times
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
- Belgium: 1–3 working days
- Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxembourg: 2–5 working days
- Rest of Europe, including the UK, Switzerland and Norway: 4–10 working days
- United States and Canada: 7–21 working days

Customs and import charges
Orders to countries outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States and Canada, may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by the destination country. These charges are set by the destination country, are not included in our prices or delivery charges, and are payable by the recipient.
Address and delivery problems
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you, and a new delivery charge may apply to send it again.
If your order has not arrived within the delivery times above, or arrives damaged, email info@belcordesigns.com with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
